After two tours and a few years figuring out what to do next. Eleven years and 2,800+ jobs later, here's how it works and why it works.
I'm Ricky Castellano. USMC, 2008–2014, motor-T. After I got out I did three years working construction in Pinellas, then bought a cheap pressure washer and a flat-bed and started knocking on doors. The flatbed got upgraded to a real rig in year two. The rig got upgraded again in year five. The standard hasn't changed.
Pressure washing looks easy on YouTube. It's not — there's a real way to ruin a roof, etch a soft brick wall, blow paint off siding, or kill a strip of grass with a wrong-mix detergent. The whole job is knowing what surface you're on, what chemistry it can handle, and what pressure it can take. That part is the trade.
I'm at every job, every time. No franchisees, no subcontractors. We have one truck, one trailer, and a hands-on crew of two. If something goes wrong, I'm the one fixing it — and in 2,800+ jobs we've had to fix a grand total of three (a sprinkler I clipped, a screen I tore on a lanai, a flowerbed I trampled). All three on me, all three made right.
So when you call (813) 555-0214 you're talking to me. The estimate I send you is the price you pay. The standard I had on day one is the standard I have today. That's it — that's the whole pitch.
A real commercial pressure washing rig. Hot water, soft-wash injection, 300-gallon buffer tank for sites without a hose bib. The bigger the tank, the steadier the cut.
Honda GX690 + 8 GPM commercial pump + hot water unit. 4,000 psi at the pump, dialed back per surface — never blasted just because we can.
X-Jet downstream injector + pump kit for low-pressure chemical application. The right method for siding, roofs, and stucco.
300-gal water buffer, 200ft hose reel, surface cleaner, soft-wash gun, telescoping wand to 24ft. Two-story homes without a ladder when possible.
Never pressure-wash a roof. Period. Soft wash only. Anyone running a wand at 3,000 psi over your shingles is taking 5 years off your roof for a 2-hour job.
Written estimate before any work begins. The number we send is the number you pay. We don't add fees once the rig is in your driveway.
Plants & pets always rinse-protected. Pre-wet your bushes, post-rinse, every time. Never schedule us in a yard where the dog can't be inside for an hour.
