No. As long as we have access to your hose bib (or you've told us we don't have one), we can work without you there. We'll send before/after photos when we're done. Many of our recurring customers we've never met in person.
We have a 300-gallon buffer tank for sites without water access (commercial parking lots, vacant lots, etc.). For homes, we use your hose bib — nothing to worry about, it's not a noticeable bill increase.
We pre-wet every plant near where we're washing, post-rinse after. The biodegradable detergents we use are landscape-safe at our dilution. Pets should be inside while we work — we're loud and the chemicals shouldn't be drunk by a curious dog.
If done wrong, yes — that's the whole point of choosing the right contractor. We use SOFT WASH (under 200 psi) for siding and roofs, HIGH PRESSURE only for concrete and brick. We never blast painted surfaces or shingled roofs. If you've had a bad experience before, that's why.
Driveways: drive on them once they look dry, usually 1–2 hours. House washing leaves no residue, dries within an hour. Roof soft wash: solution dwells for 30–60 min and is rinsed; safe to walk under once we leave.

We rinse the outside of windows when we wash a house — but we don't squeegee or do interior. For real window cleaning we recommend Pinellas Window Pros (Tom is great).
Yes — that's gloeocapsa magma (algae). Our soft wash kills it dead in one application, restores the roof to like-new, and gives you 4–5 years before it comes back. Way cheaper than a new roof.
